Scope
One app, both roles
A single iOS and Android application — Admin handles approvals, assets, and oversight; Employee handles day-to-day field and office work. Role-aware screens, not two separate apps to maintain.
FTS Employee Mobile (live)
Production app used by FTS staff — available on the App Store and Google Play as proof of delivery for similar client builds.
Bellarive Mobile (in build)
Native companion for the live Bellarive web booking platform — travellers book and manage trips on iOS and Android under the same brand system.
